What is The BE Elite Club?

In appreciation of our guests, we’ve created “BE Elite” an annual salon membership. Building a healthy skin, hair and self care routine today is confusing, overwhelming and difficult...and it shouldn’t be. With you in mind, we’ve designed it to provide incredible value to our premium, organic,  and naturally luxurious, professional hair and skin  solutions and services.  

What’s unique about your services that I cannot get at another salon?

Your Color- Hand blended with plant enzymes (versus hydrogen peroxide) and 100% FREE of ammonia, gluten, resorcinol, PPD, and other damaging ingredients.  Benefit from our proven and tested proprietary infused strengthening and moisturizing VivaBond Youth Renewal Complex. Enjoy better conditioned locks after your service - than before.

 

Your Skin- Your professional Skin Health Guide makes it personal. They look, listen and tune into you, performing transformative cellular level treatments, much-needed relaxation, and a tailored response to the ever-evolving rhythm of your life and the ever-changing nature of your skin. Restore tired, stressed, and hormonally influenced skin with organic marine compounds, botanical stem cells, cold pressed seed oils, and liquid oxygen. Even our hair removal experience is 100% botanical.  We use a natural, self-preserving antibacterial/antimicrobial, anhydrous botanical formula. It contains no wax, no sugar and no honey and is designed to provide a less painful waxing experience. Lifting the hair from the bulb only, our services are 75% less painful and reduce any lifting of the skin and irritation.

What’s special about your products?

We want to be a part of your Ritual- We believe your at home ritual should be the continuation of beauty after leaving the salon. How do I know which team member is best for my hair and skin needs?

We’re a team here at BE and we all strive to bring out the best in you and deliver a delightful experience. Together we can determine the best guide for your needs and desires. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service or experience, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

How will I be guided throughout my year?

Leave your “beauty progress report” up to us. It’s our responsibility and passion to listen to your needs and co-create with you every little step along the way. Each level of membership includes a complimentary consultation to kick off what your desires and expectations are. This includes how to slowly transform your bathroom beauty essentials for the most optimal in performance and safety - to - finding the best signature look and color matching for your unique skin tone. We understand bright and shiny things and the pace of everyday life...we’re here to slow that down with moments of in-salon/spa rituals and delivering so you can bring the same experiences to your home beauty ritual.  

Can my family or friend use my Membership?

The Membership is personalized and special just for YOU! We can still accommodate your family and friends with our referral program! Refer someone and they will receive $10 off on their service and you will receive $10 off a service or product of your choice!

What if at the end of the year, I didn’t use all my services? Do they rollover?

We do not offer rollover but we will make sure to assist you in picking the membership that is best designed for your specific needs so that this won’t be likely to occur.

What Payment Methods do you take? How do I pay?

The Elite Membership offers two options.*   

  1. Payment in full for your membership level.   

  2. Payment in two installments over a 2 month time frame.

*We accept Cash, Credit Card and Most preferably Check

Can I still tip?

Of course you can! We so appreciate you! Cash can be accepted at the salon for tips.
 

How do I book an appointment?

Again, we want to make your life easier. You can book online at any time! The Beauty Ecology Mobile App is a free app and can be used for online request booking, access to your service history, hair style inspirations and relevant health and beauty tips at your fingertips.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

Our Team will work one on one with you to optimize your timing needs, availability and accommodate you to yours and our soonest availability.

Great! We are so excited for you! Welcome to BE Elite! 

Our team will reach out to you to set up a free consultation via phone or in-person to discuss how to optimize your beauty/health goals and expectations on our journey together. This is also a time to clarify and express your desires, goals, what to expect, and any other questions you may have.  

Terms

BE Elite memberships are non refundable or transferable.

BE Elite discount is only on regular priced items and services. Prices are subject to change depending on materials used and level of team member.  

Services or product savings do not roll over if services are not redeemed, missed or cancelled.

Not valid with any other Specials or Offers

BE Elite Membership fees may not be paid with Gift Cards/Certificates

 

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, no problem. Simply log-in to our Beauty Ecology App and click your name in the menu bar or give us a call at 612-824-7611.

Cancellations within 24 hours have a $25 fee. We understand life happens, so please call us if anything comes up! 612-824-7611

Late Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time so you can check in and settle in.  We’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
