TURMERIC SMOOTHIE WITH ACTIVATED ALMOND MILK
Anti-inflammatory + Rejuvinating + Energizing + Repleneshing + Anti-aging
Ingredients
- 1 CUP OF ACTIVATED ALMOND MILK
- 1/2 BANANA
- 1 TSP FRESHLY GRATED GINGER
- 1 TSP RAW HONEY
- JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON
- 1 TSP BEE POLLEN
- 2 TSP GROUND TURMERIC
- 4-5 ICE CUBES
Instructions
Make the activated almond milk by soaking 1/4 cup of organic almonds in water for 6 hours. Drain the liquid. Blend with 1 liter of water. Strain almond pulp if desired. Use 8oz for the turmeric smoothie and pour the rest into a glass bottle for future use.
Blend all turmeric smoothie ingredients together. Pour into a glass then dusted with ground turmeric.
